TRAINING ON CONTRACTING AND THE ARTIST’S STATUTE, by Guillem Arnedo
A professionalization conference aimed at the entire music sector within the framework of the Music Boost Plan of the Generalitat of Catalonia. This session will discuss social security obligations, tax aspects to take into account, labor relations in the world of music and, above all, the most significant developments in the new Artist's Statute regarding the music sector. There will also be space to resolve doubts about labor contracting and self-employed workers and discuss social benefits for musicians, companies and workers in the sector.
Guillem Arnedo is a professional musician. He has been president of the AMJM, is vice president of the Catalan Academy of Music and president of the Unión de Músicos, a state federation of associations of musicians of different styles.
Conference organized by the Associació de Músics de Jazz i Música Moderna de Catalunya with the support of the ICEC and the Generalitat de Catalunya.
